Ordering

What size prints do you offer?

All photographs are available in the following:

A3 - 297mm × 420mm 

A2 - 420mm × 594mm

A1 - 594mm × 841mm

A0 - 841mm × 1189mm

Do you offer framing?

At this stage I do not offer framing. However if you are New Zealand based, I can definitely point you in the right direction!

I need my order quicker than usual – can you help?

All prints are made to order so lead times will always be multiple days however in some cases I can do a rush order – please email me with your request and I will respond as quickly as I can.

I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered in your collection. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

Yes of course! If you see an image belonging to me on any of my social media channels, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you.

How are your prints made?

All prints are made locally in the Bay of Plenty on fine art paper stock - 260gsm Epson Lustre.

Surface finish: SILK

Surface feel: SMOOTH

Characteristics: A finely stippled semi-gloss paper stock with an amazing glimmer in light.


Shipping

How are the prints packaged?

Unframed prints are handled with white cotton gloves and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

I’ve ordered a print, when will I receive it?

All photographic prints are custom printed just for you, by a local New Zealand fine art printing business. This means there is a slightly longer lead time than standard online orders, please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be printed and an additional 2-5 working days for shipping within NZ & up to 15 days for Australia. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes, there may be delivery delays of up to 5 working days in and out of Auckland and 1 working day across the rest of NZ.


What is your Return Policy?

Purchases of photographic prints are final. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify me within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@emmaorchard.co.nz for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as I may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

Gift cards will not be refunded for change of mind.


Photographic Print Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your photographic print I recommend the following:

  • Keep your print out of direct sunlight

  • Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic
